Description

This advanced tool is used to clean and regenerate DPF/FAP/GPF filters and catalytic converters, primarily in passenger cars and vans. It is equipped with a 185-liter tank, a water pump with a capacity of up to 185 l/min, and a built-in drying system for washed filters. The complete cleaning process allows for 99.8% restoration of the filter’s original properties.

The interior of the device is protected by AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel. The entire cleaning process takes place in a closed circuit, using an effective and test-proven hydrodynamic filter cleaning method. Combined with the dedicated DPF Cleaner Extra Power chemicals, this guarantees high efficiency and effectiveness of the cleaning process. The device measures filter contamination in a dry environment, based on an intermediate pressure test in mbar, and allows for drying within a temperature range of 70 to 100°C. After the regeneration process is complete, a final backpressure measurement is performed, which is confirmed with a printout for the customer. It’s worth noting that the machine uses components supplied by leading European manufacturers, ensuring the highest quality and reliability.
