Operating characteristics and process parameters

• Automatic mixing mode throughout the cleaning process, with the option of mixing the abrasive manually.

• Dynamic pressure adjustment, allowing either aggressive or fine-finishing operation.
• Recommended process: stage 1 – cleaning at higher pressure; stage 2 – finishing and polishing at low pressure.
• Key relationship: the smaller the bead, the better the penetration and the gentler the cleaning action.
• Media consumption depends on the type and grain size of the abrasive used – it is practically negligible when operating at the working pressure.
• Over time, the abrasive noticeably breaks down into smaller, sharp-edged fractions. The wet environment significantly reduces abrasive consumption compared with dry blasting.
