Its hydrodynamic cleaning method, combined with an intelligent drying process at temperatures between 70 and 130 degrees Celsius, achieves an effectiveness of up to 99%. The machine allows for the measurement of contamination levels at the beginning and end of each cycle, ensuring full control over the cleaning process’s efficacy.
The Master Cleaner MC1000 is a cabinet parts washer operating in a closed circuit with liquid temperatures up to 50℃. Accuracy and precision are ensured by a high-pressure nozzle with a 40-140 bar adjustable range and a low-pressure brush. The pneumatically lifted chamber, gloves, and adjustable machine height provide safety and comfortable use.
