GDPR information clause regarding the processing of personal data

2. The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of preparing a response to a request for quotation, concluding a contract and further provision of services, handling requests and responding to requests;
3. Categories of personal data include, among others, name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, data dedicated to the process/service/project;
4. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller: IT service providers, specialised transport companies for the purpose of deliveries;
5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the cooperation in the scope of the commissioned service, the validity of the concluded contract, the existence of the controller’s legitimate interest, unless you object to the processing of your data. The objection should be submitted to the email address indicated in point 1;
6. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation;
7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018 , item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L No. 119, p. 1);
9. The data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making and profiling;
10. The provision of your personal data is voluntary;
